J.A.M. recognise the importance of after sales care, and a part of that is to offer maintenance to the 'Aqualarm' systems to ensure maximum performance is achieved for many years to come.
All of our maintenence visits are carried out by our own engineers. We do not recommend that anyone outside of our approved agents listed carry out work on our systems. If a third party has installed our system we can still offer a maintenance service to you.
We offer a level of service to suit all maintenance programmes, whether just a single visit per year, or every two or six months. Once our maintenance visit has been carried out a copy of the report is sent to you to build a history of the system.
Refrigerant Gas Detection
Refrigerant gas detection systems should be maintained at least once a year. Refrigerant gas detector heads need to be replaced every 2-3 years to ensure the system continues to offer protection in the event of a gas leak.
In line with F-Gas legislation No: 842/2006 any refrigerant system containing a charge of 300kg, or more, should be monitored by a refrigerant gas detection system, and maintained at least once every six months. For full details go to www.dti.gov.uk
